- Working hours: Full time, Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:00 -15:30
HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Stock Control Specialist to join our clients Quality Control department at their clothes and equipment manufacturing company. If you are passionate about maintaining excellence and ensuring that stock quality is upheld, this is the role for you!
Experience in quality control is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and evaluate stock quality consistently to ensure it meets company standards.
* Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits of inventory.
* Liaising with the team
* Accurately updating spreadsheet when needed to include stock taking of certain items
* Creating label artwork for clothing using Corel Draw
* Ensure product information and layouts on tags are correct
* Checking of products when containers or airfreight arrive
* Reports of incorrect stock and email suppliers abroad
* Be the first point of contact after goods in have checked incoming goods
* Liaise with Clothing Production Department
Required Skills:
* Previous experience in quality control or stock management. (required)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
* Knowledge of SIRIUS match balls (preferred)
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in stock management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication skills for interfacing with various departments.
* Problem-solving skills to identify and address quality concerns efficiently.
