Quality Engineer

Opportunity to join this growing quality team in this successful engineering/ manufacturing company.

Working within an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system you will be involved in a wide range of quality activities for the company to include:

• Supplier and internal audits

• Root cause identification and 8D to drive quality improvements

• Identifying and making improvements to the quality system.

• Testing and certification

• Inspection

• Reporting and documenting activities and improvements

• Assisting with working instructions and procedures to build in quality.

We are looking for an experienced and pro-active quality engineer with a solid understanding and track record or utilising problem solving methodology to continuously drive improvements in the company. You should have experience in a machine shop/precision engineering environment. Any experience with pneumatic pressure testing, castings and dealing with audits from external organisations will be an advantage.
