Role: Property Information Officer
Hours: 30 hours pw, to include a Tuesday. Potential for hybrid working once fully trained.
Pay: £12.50ph, rising to £12.63 after 3 months
This is a long term temporary position, to last between 6 months and 1 year.
HRGO are seeking a Property Information Officer to work on a part time basis for our client in Ashford, Kent. This is a customer focused, administrative position which involves processing local land charge enquiries, assisting house buyers and sellers across the area.
You will be required to work flexibly and, at times, under pressure.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Administration experience, and the ability to learn and understand bespoke IT systems
- Familiarity with mapping tools
- Customer service skills
- Quick learners, who are organised and methodical
- The ability to process, input and amend data
- The ability to communicate well at all levels, both internally and externally, including solicitors and separate departments.
