Project Coordinator - Oil & Gas

HRGO are supporting this amazing freight forwarding, logistics company they operate on a multi model freight movements, this role will be to join as a Project Coordinator covering Industrial Projects within Oil & Gas,

This role will be to maintain customer service Import & Export, ensure operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction.

Role of Project Coordinator

• Dealing with multimodel transport (Air, Road, Sea) Import, Export Warehousing and out of gauge cargo.
• Order acceptance
• Operations consulting, planning & scheduling
• Exception management
• Operational job costings
• Coordination of transit shipment activities
• Assure temporary Import/Export files controlling / letter submitting
• Provide forwarding/logistic support to sales.
• Booking back to back shipments with carrier
• Arrival notification to customer
• Cooperation with customs subcontractor and control activities.

Skills:

• Robust functional forwarding experience (Air/Logistics) preferably in Projects - Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy Sectors
• Toolbox and product know how
• Understanding strategy and products
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
• Customer focused
• Operational Industry experience
• International working experience
