HRGO are working with a luxury food brand, based in Kent, looking for a strong Production Supervisor to join them.

You will lead the daily activities of the production staff, maintaining the quality, food safety and health and safety at all times.

You will be responsible for:

• Proactively identifying any issues and solving any problems efficiently

• Ensuring communication between production, packaging, Quality Control and Maintenance

• Reporting any issues as required

• A smooth and thorough handover between shifts

• Leading and motivating a highly efficient and positive team

About you:

• Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience

• 3 years or more experience within a food manufacturing environment

• Strong leadership skills

• Great attention to detail
