We're recruiting for a Production Planner / Planning Administrator to join one of Kent's largest fruit growers and packers, supplying premium fresh fruit to many of the UK's leading supermarket retailers.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy food manufacturing and FMCG environment where you'll play a key role in production planning, stock allocation and order processing, helping to keep operations running efficiently.
Whether you have experience as a Production Planner, Planning Administrator, Production Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, Stock Planner or Supply Chain Administrator, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Process customer orders accurately and on time
✔ Plan and allocate stock to meet customer requirements
✔ Liaise with Production, Warehouse, Quality and Despatch teams
✔ Monitor stock levels and support efficient production planning
✔ Help maximise productivity and minimise waste
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Production Planning, Planning Administration, Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics, Supply Chain or Food Production is desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good IT and numeracy skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours
- Full-time temporary role
- 5 days per week (this could be a weekend day)
- 10-12 hour shifts
- Early starts from 6:30am
Pay Rates
Pay is dependent on experience and skill level:
- Level 1: £13.47 per hour | £16.84 per hour overtime
- Level 2: £14.77 per hour | £18.46 per hour overtime
- Level 3: £15.80 per hour | £19.75 per hour overtime
