HR GO are looking to recruit experienced Production and Assembly Operatives to start ASAP for their prestigious Manufacturing client based in Washington. Successful candidates must have production experience and have worked in a face paced environment.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Experience of running and operating various production machines

• Packing and palatalising on the end of the line

• Ensure all parts are quality checked to a high standard and any faults are rectified/reported in a timely manner

• A sound understanding of Health and Safety and ensure strict guidelines are adhered to

• Ability to meet targets on a daily basis and understands SOPS

• Works and promotes 5S

• Other duties as and when required

Successful candidates must have an eye for detail and be able to follow guidelines and instructions as directed. You also must be a good communicator and be flexible in your approach as this will require you to work various shifts.

You must also have a positive attitude to work, be a good team player and high levels of concentration.

Shift patterns are as follows:-

Week 1: 6.30am to 14.40pm (Mon to Thurs) and 6.30am to 14.30pm on a Friday

Week 2: 16.30pm to 00.40am (Mon to Thurs) and 15.45pm to 23.45pm on a Friday

This is a temporary on-going role and offers long-term stability for the right candidate.

This role meets National Minimum Wage and offers shift allowance.
