HRGO are currently recruiting experienced Production Operatives on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Maidstone. This is a great opportunity to join a modern facility with a friendly and supportive team, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Location: Hollingbourne, near Maidstone Pay Rate: £13.13 - £13.79 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm Hours: Full-time
Shifts Available: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
🚗 Please note: Due to the location, candidates must have their own transport and a valid driving licence. Previous production or manufacturing experience is essential.
Key Duties:
Working on a production line
Assembling components using small hand tools
Maintaining a steady and accurate pace of work
Working both independently and as part of a team 🤝
Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting when required
Requirements:
Previous production or manufacturing experience
Reliable with good communication skills
Able to work efficiently and with attention to detail
Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding tasks 💪
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Desirable (not essential):
Forklift licence
