We are seeking a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team in Dover. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the production process, including operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and ensuring that products are manufactured to company standards. This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday from 06:30am until 16:30pm (this may change in future and extend to either afternoons and/ or nights)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment in the production process - Monitoring production lines to ensure that products are manufactured to company standards - Performing quality checks on products to ensure that they meet specifications - Maintaining a clean and safe working environment - Adhering to all company policies and procedures - Assisting with the setup and maintenance of production equipment - Performing other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment
