Production Operative Location: Ashford Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Hours: Full-Time, Weekly Rotating Shifts
Week 1: Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 3:00pm
Week 2: Monday to Friday - 3:00pm to 11:00pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Handling bottles along the production line
Assisting in the filling process as part of the manufacturing work flow
Labelling and packing completed products accurately
Following instructions from supervisors and team leaders
Adapting to a weekly rotating shift schedule

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehousing is desirable
Flexibility and reliability to work both early and late shifts
