HRGO are recruiting for Production Operatives for our client in Ellesmere Port on their day shift! This is a long-term ongoing opportunity with permanent opportunity.

Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Ellesmere Port

Pay: £12.71 per hour, paid weekly

Shift times: Initial training on 8.30am-3pm, moving to rotating day shifts 6am-1.30pm / 1.30pm-9pm

Responsibilities

  • Operating production/finishing machinery (training provided)
  • Feeding materials into machines and removing finished goods
  • Packing, palletising, labelling and wrapping products
  • Conducting basic quality checks (measurements, print checks, defects)
  • Keeping accurate production and downtime records
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards (5S)
  • Working to health & safety procedures, including PPE requirements
  • Supporting changeovers and basic machine set-ups (where trained)
  • Following instructions to meet daily output targets

Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing is preferred
