We're looking for a Production Operative to join our clients busy Rollers Department - someone with proven manufacturing experience, a great attitude, and a passion for producing high-quality products.

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing
- 🔧 Manufacture products to precise dimensions and high-quality standards
- ⚙️ Use a range of hand-held tools and measuring equipment confidently and safely
- 📦 Check stock and materials thoroughly - report shortages or quality issues immediately
- 🚚 Ensure all orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time
- 🗣️ Communicate effectively with your supervisor about progress, issues, or delays
- 🔁 Rotate between different areas of production - flexibility is key!
- 🧹 Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment
- 📊 Take part in stock counts and occasional overtime when required
💡 What We're Looking For
- 🧰 Previous experience in a similar production or manufacturing role (essential)
- 🪛 Experience using hand-held tools and measuring equipment
- 👋 Good manual dexterity and ability to perform standing/lifting tasks
- 🔢 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- 🤝 A team player who can also work independently once trained
- ⏰ Reliable, punctual, and organised with good time management
- 💪 Flexible, adaptable, and positive "can-do" attitude
- 🧮 Good numeracy, literacy, and basic IT skills
