Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (preferred but not essential - training provided). * Ability to operate machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
Accountability: Reports to production supervisors and department managers.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
Good oral and written communication.
Basic computer skills and understanding of internal systems/ sap etc.
Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
Managing safely to work in a safe manner following procedures SOP's and risk assessments.
Able to direct operators to fulfil business requirements.
