Production Operative

HRGO are recruiting production operatives for our manufacturing client on the Deeside Industrial Estate.

Hours: 6-6 12 hour shifts, including days & nights all Mon-Fri (organised by a shift rota on a weekly cycle)

Pay: £12.89, increasing to £14.92 after training

Location: Deeside Industrial Estate

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery safely, utilising all materials and reducing waste
• Quality checking finished products
• Follow strict H&S procedures and guidelines
• Following KPIs

Requirements

• Previous production/manufacturing experience is essential
• Able to use initiative to safely diagnose and check machinery when faults occur
• Proactive self starter
• Good communication skills
