We're looking for an energetic, hard-working, and detail-focused Production Assistant to become a key part of our busy and supportive production team.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:
📦 Packing a variety of high-quality manufactured products
📥 Supporting machine operators across different areas of the site
📦 Filling and preparing boxes with raw materials in our Raw Materials Hall
📋 Completing packing cards and documenting work accurately
🧹 Keeping your work space clean, tidy, and safe
🛠️ Reporting defective materials or quality issues
🚛 Moving materials and products using a forklift truck (FLT)
💪 What You'll Need:
- Physical fitness - you'll be lifting 25kg repetitively
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work as part of a fast-moving team
- Great attention to detail
- A proactive mindset - you'll spot issues and solve them fast
- FLT licence (preferred, but training may be provided)
- Commitment to safety and quality
