  • Shift Pattern: Two-weekly rotating shift cycle: Week 1: 06:00 - 14:15, Week 2: 13:45 - 22:00

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Line Technician to join this a global FMCG manufacturer in the dry raw materials/ingredients production sector.

As a Production Line Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our production lines, helping to maintain their high standards of quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any line-related issues to minimise downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with the production team to enhance efficiency and production quality.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of line operations and adjustments.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to drive operational excellence.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and technologies.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar line technician or maintenance role within a FMCG OR high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a production setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
