Key Responsibilities
Develop new products from concept to manufacture
Improve and evolve existing product ranges
Produce production drawings, BOMs and installation guides
Create and maintain 2D & 3D CAD models
Support bespoke client projects
Manage product data within the ERP system
Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Production
Requirements
Degree in Product, Industrial or Design Engineering
5+ years' experience in product development
Strong 2D/3D CAD skills (Inventor or similar)
Understanding of sheet metal manufacturing
Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
