This role is all about overseeing the processes as the product is in production. You will be responsible for ensuring all methods of manufacturing adhere to all aspects of safety, quality, volume and cost.

Duties include:-

• To work on process and product quality improvements / process issues
• To ensure that the working environment meets environmental, ergonomic and H & S requirements
• To provide 'hands on' technical support to the operator regarding process issues
• To be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing equipment or assembly process equipment meets the required safety, quality and volume requirements
• To be responsible for ensuring all guaging equipment used is functioning, within specification and calibrated.
• To carry out FMEA / RFMEA process documentation and implement improvements

Candidates interested in this role must have a good understanding of EH & S requirements, methods of assessment and be capable of assessing risks.

Candidates will need to be analytical and data literate being able to demonstrate that you can resolve problems. You will need to be able to read engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing.
