Early Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30
Late Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 14:15 - 22:45
HRGO Recruitment are seeking a reliable and experienced Print Production Operative to join a busy and growing sports equipment and clothing company based in Hastings. This is an exciting opportunity to work with premium products in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain heat press machines for garment printing
Use CorelDRAW software to prepare and adjust designs for printing
Manage files and print jobs using an iPad and other digital tools
Load and operate vinyl cutting machines to produce high-quality transfers
Ensure print accuracy, alignment, and finish quality on all garments
Follow job sheets and production schedules to meet deadlines
Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery
Always maintain a clean and safe working environment
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in a print production or garment printing environment
Proficiency with CorelDRAW or similar design/print software
Comfortable working with vinyl cutters, heat press machines, and digital tools
Good attention to detail and ability to work to high quality standards
Flexible to work both early and late shifts as scheduled
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
