Primary Tutor - Warrington

Are you looking for tutoring work in the Warrington area?

With the children needing top up session, I am looking to recruit Tutors or Experienced Teaching Assistants to work with learners who are requiring booster sessions, not accessing mainstream education or need intervention group work. The children are Key stage1 and 2 and will need various levels of support.

The person must be a caring but firm individual with experience in supporting individuals or groups and demonstrate excellent behaviour management strategies. Supporting the academic success of the pupil/s will be key but also building confidence and self esteem while helping the student to identify their strengths is also required.

Confidence in supporting in subjects such as English, Maths and Science up to Key stage 2 is essential and you would be expected to write a brief report for each session.

The hours vary and can be flexible for the right candidates and we offer a competitive hourly rate.
