HRGO Education are in search of qualified primary school teacher that is confident teaching in Year 3. The ideal candidate has the skills to work in conjunction with the current teacher (who is going on Maternity Leave) to create a positive learning environment for the young people. The class is supported by a full-time Learning support assistant.

The School is a wonderful 2 form entry school based in Bromley. Rated 'Good' by Ofsted, the school ensures the best outcomes for children through their innovative teaching approach and a creative curriculum which promotes curiosity. The primary school is looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to become a part of their highly supportive and friendly team.

The children are motivated to achieve, encouraged to be independent and a behaviour is generally good. Pupil voice and multi-culturalism is encouraged in the ethos of the school to create independent and life- long learners.

The Role:

  • Planning, Delivering and assessing inspirational KS2 lessons
  • Attending weekly staff meetings & liaising with parents
  • Using a range of different tracking and student progress tools
  • Controlling a classroom of pupils and ensuring their well-being
  • Working closely with the phase team and learning support assistants

What you will need:

  • Hold QTS (however NQTs with KS2 experience will be considered)
  • A cleared enhanced DBS or one in process
  • A confident & adaptable individual
  • A personable, creative, and enthusiastic team player
  • Strong classroom management
  • Be a UK Resident or be eligible to work in the UK
