We are looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. The facility includes a modern in-house paint spraying and powder coating setup with dedicated ovens and shot-blasting equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Surface preparation, including blasting, cleaning, and masking
Applying powder coatings to metal components
Performing quality checks and ensuring coating standards are met
Maintaining equipment and adhering to safety procedures
Working collaboratively to meet production goals
Requirements:
Previous experience in powder coating (industrial/manufacturing setting)
Proficiency with powder coating tools and techniques
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Awareness of workshop safety standards
