Job Title: Powder Coaters
Location: HX3, Halifax
Rate: £13-£14 per hour
Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Mon-Thurs 6am-2.30pm (30min lunch), Fri 6am-1pm, overtime at 1.5 after completing 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
* Prep parts - clean, sand, and mask as needed
* Apply powder coatings using spray guns and industrial equipment
* Set up and maintain coating machinery for smooth operation
* Follow all health & safety procedures on site
* Inspect finished items for quality, finish, and spec compliance
* Solve coating issues to reduce waste and rework
* Keep accurate records of all completed work
Requirements
* Previous experience in powder coating or similar role
* Solid understanding of coating techniques and equipment
* Knowledge of industrial safety practices
