Role Overview
HRGO Recruitment Ashford is looking for reliable Picker and Packer to join a busy production company located on the outskirts of Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a production or warehouse background looking for stable, long-term work.
Key Responsibilities:
Helping with packing on production line
Being fast and efficent with the role, able to hit KPI
Labelling and packing finished products
Following instructions from team leaders and supervisors
Able to work in a team
Ideal Candidate Will Be
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Will need to drive or have someone to drop them off
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse settings preferred
Willingness to work long shifts
