Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days WFH, 2 days office, 1 flexible)

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious Performance Marketing Specialist to join a high‑performing marketing team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving incremental revenue growth through impactful PPC and DSP campaigns across leading retail media platforms.

You'll be at the heart of eRetail Media activity, working across Amazon Ads, Criteo, and Citrus Ads to maximise ROI while supporting major product launches and promotional events across a diverse portfolio of household‑name brands in the UK and export markets.

Working closely with brand marketing, sales teams, and an executional eRetail Media agency, you'll help shape strategy, optimise performance, and turn insights into meaningful commercial results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing PPC and DSP campaigns and overseeing spend across performance initiatives
  • Developing and executing eRetail Media strategies aligned to brand objectives
  • Partnering with external agencies to optimise campaigns and monitor results
  • Coordinating with internal teams and agencies to deliver creative assets on time
  • Running A/B testing across creatives and campaign strategies
  • Analysing performance data to uncover trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities
  • Delivering clear, impactful reporting and sharing recommendations with stakeholders
  • Upskilling and enabling brand and sales teams to maximise performance and ROI

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years' experience in performance marketing, or strong transferable experience in project or marketing operations
  • Solid understanding of PPC and DSP advertising principles
  • Experience working cross‑functionally and with agency partners
  • Confident managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Analytical, proactive, and solution‑focused mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
