Passenger Service Agent- Bristol Airport
£11.00 per hour
Various shifts - 5 days out of 7, might include weekends.
As a Passenger Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the airport operation and will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all passengers between the terminal and the aircraft. We are looking for customer focused individuals with excellent customer service skills. As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing a professional check-in service, Being the face of the company and always showcasing a high level of customer service. You'll be required to work on the check-in &ticket desks, as well as working on the boarding gates and processing the passengers before they depart. You will also be required to help & assist the use of self-service bag drops for passengers.
Duties Include:
You will need to be physically fit and capable of handling baggage and manoeuvring wheelchairs to assist passengers when required
Qualifications and Competencies:
All successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK, undertake a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) and provide 5 years referencing history.
