Our client is currently seeking a temporary PA/Secretary for around 6 weeks, based in Chester. You must have previous PA/Secretarial experience within an office environment as well an experienced minute taker for this role.
This is a full-time role ideally working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm however, will consider 4 days as an alternative.
Duties
Provide full personal assistant and secretarial service to the designated Executive Directors as required
Provide administrative support for meeting including preparation of draft agendas, collation of papers, distribution of finalised agendas and papers ensuring deadlines are met. In addition, the Personal Assistant to designated Executive Directors will attend meetings, prepare minutes, and action logs, follow up agreed actions and ensure reports are produced for meetings as appropriate
Arrange meetings and travel and accommodation arrangements for conferences for the Executive Directors.
Schedule, maintain and update a computerised diary management system
Organise and maintain efficient, effective, and up to date filing system
Dealing with telephone queries on behalf of Executive Directors
