Part Time Marketing & Events Assistant required for a Fixed Term Contract to March 2023. 3 Days a week (22 hours per week).

We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic individual to join the team and support the management team to deliver all marketing and events initiatives.

Job description:

• To develop, plan and deliver all agreed events

• Research event ideas to include; costings, potential suppliers, permissions required and stakeholder consultations

• Help advise marketing plans for events and deliver agreed actions

• Assist in delivery of all planned events

• Organise monthly board meetings

• Work along side the management to plan, research and plan content for the social media channels.

• Assist in updating the website

• Promote various events, online and in local media as required

• Input into all marketing strategy for all activities and events

• Assist with updating the directory of clients

• Keep the database up to date and help gather information

• To help grow network/connections
