Panel Beater / Panel Technician for Leading Bodyshop

£35,000-£40,000 - £55,000 OTE DOE

Monday -Friday 7am-4.30pm or 8am-5pm

Panel Beater required for our client a Leading Bodyshop/ Accident Repair in Hayes, Middlesex. You must be an experienced Panel Beater with your own tools to join this highly reputable Bodyshop part of a fantastic stable team. You will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturer's specifications within a state-of-the-art body shop, you must be able to deliver work to a high quality, utilising modern equipment and techniques.

You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater or Fitter and ideally gained a technical qualification (such as C&G/ NVQ / VCQ / ATA) with a minimum of 3 years recent experience post qualification working as a Smart Repairer/ Panel Beater within a busy body shop and be a strong team player.

Dealing with everything from volume brands right through to high end prestige vehicles you must be productive and work to a high standard.

You must be able to do all aspects of panel beating from filler, pin pulling, MIG and TIG welding, and JIG work.

You should ideally have the following:

Be an experienced Panel Beater with a minimum of 3 years experience working within a bodyshop /accident repair centre.

Have your own tools.

Work to an extremely high standard.

Have good problem-solving skills.

Ability to work on a variety of cars and carry out all aspects of panel beating.
