HR GO Ramsgate are looking for an administrator to provide customer and administrative support for all operations , projects and associated internal and external contractors to ensure effective delivery and ongoing improvement of key public services to residents and visitors and seek to resolve customer queries remaining unresolved at first contact.

The Role:

• Respond to communications from customers within corporate timescales, both in writing and verbally to a high standard taking in to consideration individual circumstances.
• Act as note taker at confidential meetings, sickness reviews and return to work interviews.
• Liaise with service managers, supervisors and crews to meet customer expectations of service delivery.
• Assist with the management of customers and members enquires, ensuring that all are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
• Raise purchase orders
• Raise sundry debtors and stationery requisitions as required.
