We are very proud to be working with national clients such as G4S, Royal Mail, NHS to name just a few. All of which have been extremely busy during lock-down.

Based in Cumbernauld, Glasgow you will be onsite for our well-established client offering ongoing recruitment and support to the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has great people skills and a passion to succeed.

Your duties will include:

• Calling candidates to discuss potential job opportunities
• Writing and reviewing job adverts
• Performing candidate searches and CV sifting
• Building good candidate relationships
• Processing and assisting with candidate payroll queries
• Liaising directly with the Client, with Daily/Weekly/Monthly updates
• Interviewing and registering candidates
• Ensuing candidates have the correct right to work and compliance documents
• Screening and preparing candidates for roles

Ideally you will be/have:

• Are a self-motivated
• Be target focused
• Be confident, ambitious and hard working
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Have excellent listening skills
• Be very personable and able to build effective working relationships
• Possess strong attention to detail with outstanding telephone manner
• Have good IT skills with regards to Google, Outlook, Word and Excel

The package:

• Up to £24000 basic
• Monday - Friday
• Your Birthday off as an extra days holiday
