We are looking for an administrator to join a local Financial Firm in Bishops Stortford.
The role will be supporting the team with all administrative duties:
Greeting visiting clients
Answering telephones
Dealing with post in and out - scanning and filing and emailing to relevant members of the team
Supporting team with processing client business - letters to clients and providers, chasing applications, calling providers for valuations
Stationary Orders
Weekly fire alarm testing
Keeping communal kitchen areas tidy (including emptying the dishwasher)
Sainsburys orders/ordering lunches for client visits
Requirements:
Previous office experience min 1 yr
Administration skills
Good telephone manner
Good time management
Well presented
