Job Title: Office Coordinator

Salary: From £36k (Dependant on Experience)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Collect and prepare payroll information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness before submitting it to the external payroll provider for processing and payment.
- Handle credit control by managing outstanding balances and ensuring timely payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with various departments to support their administrative needs.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe and functional work space.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Support HR activity by including onboarding, employee records, and staff communication.
- Organise meetings, events, and schedules for the management team.
- Prepare reports and assist Senior Finance Manager with Management Accounts, including reconciliations and supporting schedules.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in office management, payroll, credit control, and customer service.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software including Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
