Administrator (Manufacturing) - Full Time or Part Time (Mon-Fri)

Hours: Monday to Friday (part-time hours considered)

We're recruiting for a broad, hands-on Admin role within a busy manufacturing environment. This is a varied position supporting the day-to-day running of the office and assisting the wider site team.

Key duties may include:

Answering incoming calls and dealing with general enquiries

Raising and processing invoices (sales/purchase) and general paperwork

Data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records

Supporting orders, deliveries, and general coordination with internal teams

Assisting with emails, post, and other ad-hoc admin tasks as required

What we're looking for:

Previous admin experience preferred (manufacturing/industrial environment is a bonus)

Confident phone manner and good communication skills

Organised, reliable and able to manage a varied workload

Basic IT skills (Outlook/Word/Excel) and comfortable learning new systems
