HRGO are recruiting experienced Production Operatives on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern facility with a friendly and supportive team environment, with the potential for a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate.
📍 Location: Hollingbourne, near Maidstone 💷 Pay Rate: £15.76 per hour 📄 Contract: Temp to Perm ⏰ Shift: Monday - Friday, 10pm - 6am (Night Shift)
🚗 Important: Due to the location, all applicants must hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own transport. Previous production or manufacturing experience is essential.
Duties include:
Operating on a production line
Assembling components using small handheld tools
Maintaining a consistent and accurate work pace
Working independently and as part of a team 🤝
Manual handling and heavy lifting where required 💪
About You:
Previous production or manufacturing experience
Reliable with good communication skills
Able to work quickly and accurately
Comfortable with manual handling and lifting
Full driving licence and own transport
⭐ Desirable (not essential):
Forklift licence
