Night shift Mill Operator
Night Shift Mill Operator required!
£9.50 Per Hour + Night Shift Allowance
We are currently looking for a night shift Mill Operator for one of our clients based just outside of Chard.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 18:00pm to 06:00am with a working average of 48 hours per week.
The Role
-
The Role will be working in the Mill producing animal feed into bulk and tote bags.

You will be expected to operate all machinery to achieve optimal output and quality.

Communicate with management regarding defects of equipment

Loading lorries as necessary

Intake of raw materials
-
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and hygiene

Provide cover for other team members when requested

Abide by health and safety rules
-
Perform any other tasks as required from time to time by the Mill Manager.
The Candidate

Excellent communication skills
-
attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
-
Forklift qualification desirable but not essential
-
Must be physically fit as this is a manually demanding role!
