We are looking to source a NIGHT SHIFT full time Baler operator for our team in Rainham. essex

Rate of pay is £11.22 per hour PLUS a £20 payment for each night worked (night allowance)

The hours of work are 47.5 hours per week

Mon to Fri, 18:30-04:30 (inclusive of a 30min unpaid break).

The candidate must be computer literate (basic Microsoft Excel) and have a mechanical aptitude

The applicant will be responsible for operating static plant (baling and bale wrapping machinery) via control panels at our baling operation.

Cleaning the machinery, removing blockages etc also form a part of this role and therefore the candidate needs to be willing to perform manual tasks as required.

They will need to understand that they work as part of a team in a production orientated operation and the expectation will be a high productivity rate.

Good communication skills and basic problem-solving mentality are essential.

They may be expected to workday shift hours for the first few weeks as per usual for induction and training purposes.

Operation of the Machinex baling operation machinery - baler/wrapper/strapper within the FI RRC MRF baling operation. Will include general cleaning & upkeep of the process, liaising with key individuals and completion of written production records using written records & spreadsheets
