Our clients depot make over 6,000 deliveries to our customers each week, and have a number of teams who work together to deliver service excellence to our customers every day.
About the role
You will be responsible for allocating work via the voice man system, ensuring all work is checked before it is released to voice man and Reflex. Printing and checking of customer invoices, driver's paperwork and other work to help the night team run smoothly. You will be taking calls and answering emails. Calling other depots to chase up deliveries if required and many other various administration duties. You will work closely with the warehouse night shift and drivers ensuring all paperwork is provided in a timely manner and is accurate.
To be successful in this role you will have similar experience of working nights and strong analytical and problem solving skills. You will need to be a confident IT user, with excellent business administration skills and the ability to think on your feet.
You will be someone with good communication and organisation skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy. We require flexibility and someone who works well within a team but can also succeed using their own initiative.
The hours for this role are Sunday to Thursday nights (any 5 out of 7) starting at 10pm and covering 40 hours per week.
