Motor Trade Service Advisor

Salary : £19000 to £28000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Working 4 Days on 4 Days Off based on 42 1/2 hours

My client is looking for a Experienced Service Advisor to work in a Busy Service Dept based in Alperton/Wembly Area area . Must have Current Motor Trade & Service Advisor Experience within a main dealer & good IT Skills. You must have clean Driver License

The ideal Applicant candidate will be well presented, articulate and enthusiastic.

Duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception

• Booking in vehicles, advising on duration of repairs

• Gaining authority for any additional work that may need carrying out.

• Contacting Customer Advising any Further work required & costing

• Advising when is completed & Ready for collection
