  • Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 PA + | Potential OTE up to £65,000 PA

About the Role

Are you a hands-on Mechanical Engineer who enjoys both workshop precision and international travel?

Join a fast-growing manufacturer of special-purpose conveyor systems. You'll be based at our Clients' Harlow site, assembling complex machinery, and travel overseas to install and commission systems at customer locations.

Mechanical Build and International Installation Engineer - Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble bespoke conveyors using detailed engineering drawings and pneumatic schematics
  • Install, commission, and test systems at customer sites worldwide
  • Perform mechanical tasks: drilling, tapping, cutting, and fitting
  • Fit motors, gearboxes, bearings, drive shafts, and pipework
  • Ensure machinery is levelled and aligned to specification

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical assembly and machine fitting experience
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
  • Skilled in mechanical alignment and precision fitting
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Qualifications

  • Mechanical apprenticeship or vocational qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, BTEC)
