HR GO are looking for a Qualified Mechanic for a successful agricultural client in Ashford, Kent

As a Mechanic your Duties and Responsibilities will include:

 Undertake welding, fabrication, mechanical or machining work as necessary.

 To conduct initial assessment of plant or equipment reported as faulty, identify root cause and

formulate a remedy either as a temporary fix or full service repair as soon as possible.

 Complete job sheets showing times and prices for parts for each piece of

equipment/machinery.

. You will be responsible for your own personal dynamic risk assessment and adaptable

method statements will have to be engaged for workplace operations.

 You will be responsible for scheduling and undertaking the Company's plant, equipment and

fleet of vans servicing and MOTs/LOLER tests where necessary.

 Ensure allocated workshop vehicle and its equipment are ready for necessary call outs.

 You should be keen to learn, train and maintain current qualifications

You will comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures

You will receive a Good Salary depending on Experience.

Hours: 40 hrs per week, with overtime available.
