Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30)

We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Content Executive to join our central marketing team. This is a varied and hands-on role that blends digital and traditional marketing responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on content creation and campaign execution.

You'll play a key role in delivering engaging marketing activity for both HRGO and our Joint Venture brands. Supporting across social media, email marketing, content production, events, and wider campaign delivery. You'll also be part of a team that values experimentation, creativity, and data-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing or content-focused role (B2B preferred)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive and curious mindset. Eager to experiment, test, and learn
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiar with digital tools such as HubSpot (CRM/email), WordPress, and social scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite)
  • Confident interpreting marketing data and making performance-based recommendations
  • Bonus: A creative eye or interest in design and layout tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe Express)
