Position: Marketing Assistant

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our Ramsgate based client, they are a small team with bags of energy and enthusiasm to drive the business from strength to strength, this really is a great time to join them on their journey!

The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts of the company, helping to promote their services across the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote services available.
• Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters
• Coordinate marketing materials and collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Assist in organising and attending promotional events, such as conferences
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
• As they are a small team there will be general administrative duties alongside this as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a marketing role in a office setting is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
