My client is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to head up their supply chain and engineering teams. Your background will be managing a multi-disciplined FMCG manufacturing site and you will have previously worked within food production.

As part of the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall efficient and effective production of safe and legal food at the site so this will be an extremely busy and varied role that will need someone with a strategic approach to their job.

The key areas that you will oversee include Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and Cross-functional planning.

You will have a thorough knowledge of legislation of food compliance, employment and health & safety and have solid experience within a FMCG manufacturing business. My client is looking for someone who is an inspirational leader who can develop their team through leadership and coaching.
