HRGO is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for a busy freight company in Dover. Ideally candidates will have some logistics experience, but it is not essential. Duties entail, monitoring live, urgent transport movements; keeping clients informed of shipment progress; and maintaining a bespoke transport management system, in line with company procedures. You must be organised, reliable and be able to work in a busy environment.
Shipment progress to clients
Proactively identify and troubleshoot logistics challenges to ensure a seamless service.
Maintain excellent telecommunications as per our standard operating procedure
Support the wider operations team by reporting vehicle availability
KPI reporting where required.
This position will be a Monday to Friday role, working on a 9-hour rotational shift.
