Our client is looking to recruit Temporary Full Time Live Chat Advisors until around 27.02.22 to join a busy contact centre environment based on site on the Wirral. Starts available in January and February, starting from 24.01.22 for training and must be flexible to work on rota basis any 5 out of 7 days between 9am-6pm.

You will be working on behalf of one of a well known Online Retailer and duties will include:

• Answering incoming customer service emails/live chat's from customers - where is my parcel/delivery based queries/refunds and complaints
• Processing customer queries and amendments as requested
• All associated back office administration duties
• Handle customer enquiries telephonically/email/live chat and social media channels
• Liaising with customers, internal/external departments
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and identify and escalate priority issues
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
