HR GO are looking for Experienced Line Leader for a client in Ashford, Kent.

You will be responsible for:

• Driving a Zero Accident culture throughout the plant to ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards and awareness are well understood throughout the line's organization.

• Drive performance standards and methods of accomplishing those standards. Follows up on non-conformance's and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysis.

• Manage and co-ordinate activities in the line area to support the achievement of the overall objectives

• Collaborate with Technical, EHHS and Maintenance to successfully deploy activities

• Produce products according to production plan and correct recipes/ specifications/ methods to achieve required output whilst meeting quality standards.

• Organise and monitor production processes to maximise efficiency and production output

• Lead the Continuous Improvement agenda for the line: leads the execution of the line's losses with focus in process waste reduction; oversee analysis for the line in connection with major losses impacts.

Ideally we would like you to have a minimum 3yrs experience as an operator in the food industry.

Hours and Shifts work on a weekly rotation covering 42.5hrs per week:

Morning shift - from 6:00 to 15:00;

Evening shift - from 15:00 to midnight;

Night Shift: midnight to 6:00.
