HRGO are recruiting for an experienced Line Leader on behalf of our client on the outskirts of Canterbury. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced food production environment. They will also have a background in food production and a flexible approach to work.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
Oversee the production process and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Train and support team members, promoting best practices in the workplace.
Monitor and maintain production records and reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a food production environment is essential.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
