HRGO Recruitment are looking on behalf of their Client for a temporary experienced Legal Secretary to assist with Residential and Commercial. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a Legal Secretary, able to manage a busy workload, have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Main Role to include:

  • Dealing and liaising with enquiries from clients
  • Arranging appointments
  • Preparing letters and court documents
  • Filing and other general administration work
  • Any other tasks commensurate with the role

Skills and qualities:

  • excellent typing skills - 60 words per minute
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • computer literacy
  • a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • discretion, for dealing with confidential information
  • the ability to work to deadlines
  • must have a legal background
