Job Specification POSITION: Lead Generator LOCATION: Deeside HOURS: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm SALARY: Upto £19,500p/a £30,000p/a OTE REF: VR/00663 Main Purpose Making outbound calls, in order to book appointments for the Business Development Managers This role would suit someone who is self-motivated able to research and fact find to establish a need and to book appointment, previous experience within a Call Centre, Sales, Outbound or Appointment Setting role would be an advantage, my client will consider full or part time hours. Duties & Responsibilities: * Cold calling potential customers * Qualifying new leads * Actively pursuing dormant prospects * Identifying opportunities by profiling potential clients using fact finding techniques * Establishing decision makers * Building and managing own pipeline * Communicating with Field Sales team Skills: * Being a hard worker, proactive and enthusiastic * Team work in sales-oriented environment * Self-motivated and capable of using their own initiative * Ability to identify and create opportunities * Excellent organisational and time management skills * An ability to speak to senior managers in large organisations to generate business leads and appointments * A willingness to make numerous calls with the resilience to cope with challenges and objections * Must be highly skilled with good experience in a telesales role Please call Nicola for more information on 0151 3474900 or email your CV nicola@hrgoliverpool.co.uk
